What Does It Mean- Workforce Training Program?

A workforce training program is a program designed to improve the skills of current employees and prospective job applicants in any industry. Many different types of programs are included under the umbrella of workforce training programs.
Essentially, workforce training programs are all about providing people in the workforce with the skills they need to succeed there. After completing a training program, students will have new and improved skills that help them to be productive and effective in the workplace. As a result, when they’re done right, these programs provide economic opportunities not only to individuals but also to businesses and entire communities.

Entrance Requirements

All you need to study with us is to be able to read and write in English. That’s right, all lessons are taught in English, therefore you will need to be able to read and write in English

Accreditation

All our programs are provider programme which means that you won’t receive a certificate from an accredited body, however you will receive a Certificate of Completion from AUTA.

Portfolio Of Evidence

Portfolio Of Evidence (POE). Your POE will be made up of three assignments and Two Continuous Assessments and Overall Assessments (OA) (All in multiple choice questions).
