Course Introduction
This course provides exhaustive coverage of marketing with particular emphasis on product management. It covers everything from the 4Ps to strategic marketing, international marketing, consumer decision making, new product development, branding, and social media.
It teaches you how to build a product through user research, prototyping, and product analysis to satisfy the customer.
This program covers the following modules:
MODULE 1: MARKETING MANAGEMENT FUNDAMENTALS & ANALYSIS
MODULE 2: PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
MODULE 3: PRODUCT MANAGEMENT AND NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
What will students learn?
The course will prepare learners to understand the key frameworks required for new product development. It will deliver key insights to the learners for managing product life cycle deviations and developing a viable marketing strategy to position the product appropriately.
Product management is a multi-disciplinary pursuit, the course will help learners to understand diverse aspects of Product marketing- including marketing strategy & communication, branding, consumer behavior, sales and distribution along with the extensive applications of social media campaigns.
