Course Introduction
The course teaches students how to build different supply chain management strategies and methods of forecasting demand, aggregate planning, and network design for companies both theoretically and practically.
It is designed to lead them to teach management skills required to deal with the logistics and Supply chain industry challenges.
The course prepares students to handle complex networks of companies, financial and human resources, delivery infrastructure logistics, and information technology.
